In this key role, you'll ensure smooth cross-border flows and play a vital part in optimizing our logistics processes within a regulated environment. We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and confidence when navigating complex customs matters. **What you'll do** + Ensure strict compliance with all customs laws, regulations, and international trade agreements. + Oversee and ensure compliance for all import/export operations, including bonded warehouse. + Manage all import/export compliance activities, especially related to bonded warehouse operations. + Handle inventory tracking, reconciliation, and bonded goods movement reporting. + Prevent delays and penalties by ensuring timely customs clearance or re-export. + Coordinate with customs authorities, brokers, freight forwarders, and internal departments. + Keep records audit-ready and stay informed on updates in customs regulations. + Support certifications like AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). + Act as internal advisor on customs and bonded warehousing issues. **What you'll get** + A competitive salary starting from 3400 based upon work experience. + Excellent benefits including 29 leave days based on a full-time position, 8% holiday allowance, travel allowance, company pension scheme, collective health insurance, and other insurance benefits and discount on your gym membership. + A dynamic international work environment with career advancement opportunities. + Ongoing learning and development opportunities. **What you'll need** + 2-5 years of proven experience in customs compliance, bonded warehouse operations, or international logistics. + Strong knowledge of bonded procedures, customs regulations, tariff classification, and Incoterms. + Familiarity with customs software systems. + Certifications such as Certified Customs Declarant or equivalent is a strong advantage. + Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills. + Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. **About UPS** Founded in 1907 as a messenger company in the United States, UPS has grown into a multi-billion-dollar corporation by clearly focusing on the goal of enabling commerce around the globe.
