Job Title: Epic Clinical Documentation Analyst
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: 8–5 CST + on-call (2x per month)

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting Epic Clindoc and related applications by maintaining documentation templates, SmartForms, SmartTexts, navigators, and other clinical documentation tools. The analyst will play a key role in Epic upgrades, optimizations, and troubleshooting, while balancing ticket resolution and project assignments. This is a Sr. Analyst-level role requiring independence, strong technical skills, and the ability to fit seamlessly into a high-functioning team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Support, build, and optimize Clindoc documentation tools (templates, SmartForms, SmartTexts, navigators, profiles)
Participate in quarterly Epic upgrades and optimization initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve documentation-related tickets across Clindoc, Rehab, and Stork/Inpatient applications
Support on-call rotation (2 days/month, 8a–8p) for production issue resolution
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver documentation improvements
Assist with vendor integrations
Provide support during major go-lives
Maintain system documentation, best practices, and process improvements
Qualifications:
Epic Clindoc Certification (Required)
4 – 5+ years of experience as an Epic Clindoc Analyst
Strong technical skills in documentation builds and workflows
Experience supporting upgrades, optimizations, and troubleshooting ticket queues
Ability to support multiple Epic applications (Clindoc, Rehab, Stork, Inpatient)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong team player who thrives in a high-performing environment
