Key Responsibilities:

• Oil and Filter Changes
• Tire Rotations, Balancing, and Inspections
• Brake Inspections and Basic Services
• Fluid Level Checks and Top-offs
• Battery Testing and Replacement
• Light Bulb and Wiper Blade Replacement
• Conduct Multi-point Inspections and Document Findings.
• Identify Potential Vehicle Issues and Communicate Them to Service Advisors.
• Follow All Manufacturer and Dealership Guidelines for Maintenance Procedures.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area.
• Ensure All Work Is Completed Efficiently While Meeting Dealership Quality Standards.
• Adhere to Safety Standards and Use Protective Equipment When Necessary.
• Assist in Maintaining Shop Tools and Equipment.

Qualifications: * High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. * Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record. * Basic Mechanical Knowledge and Willingness to Learn. * Ability to Operate a Variety of Vehicles Safely. * Strong Attention to Detail and Commitment to Quality Work. * Good Communication and Teamwork Skills. * Prior Automotive Service Experience Preferred but Not Required (Training Provided). Physical Requirements:

• Ability to Stand, Walk, and Work in a Fast-paced Environment for Extended Periods.
• Ability to Lift up to 50 Lbs.
• Frequent Bending, Squatting, and Reaching.

Career Path: * Express Lane Technicians Often Advance to Roles Such As Service Technician, Master Technician, or Shop Foreman with Additional Training and Certifications Schedule:

• 10-Hour Shifts
• Day Shift
• Weekends As Needed
