MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.

Connect Staffing is seeking a General Laborer / Machine Operator for a vinyl graphic design company in their Coating Department in the city of Placentia, CA.

Schedule: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM-6:30 AM weekend availability. 

Requirements of a General Laborer / Machine Operator:

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Must pass background, drug screen, and E-verify
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Prior experience in roles such as General Labor, Production Worker, Manufacturing Technician, Assembly Line Worker, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, and Maintenance Technician is a plus!

Responsibilities of a General Laborer / Machine Operator:

• Majority of the shift will be spent observing the machine and ensuring output to standards
• Set up, align, and load material roll on the unwind shaft and thread material through the machine.
• Unload rolls from the machine and move to the appropriate staging area
• Set up pump, tote, hose, liner, and adhesive according to work order.
• Read shop orders, material part numbers, and weekly product schedules.
