As an Account Specialist, you'll work directly with shippers to resolve issues, analyze data, and drive performance improvements in a dynamic logistics environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze daily transportation data Troubleshoot shipping disruptions in real time Identify root causes of defects and recommend solutions Maintain shipper logs and lead weekly performance calls Collaborate with internal teams and external partners What You Bring: Comfortable navigating multiple systems Experience in B2B account or vendor management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain Nice to Have: Strong organizational and relationship-building skills Experience in fast-paced industries like events, real estate, or hospitality Ability to stay calm and effective during disruptions Why You'll Love It: Supportive team with hands-on training Career growth with a leading company Real-world experience in logistics and transportation Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
