About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in verifying employment and educational claims for job applicants. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound verification calls, logging responses with accuracy, and following up with sources to ensure thorough investigations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to employers, schools, and references to verify employment and educational claims.
Accurately log responses and findings in the system.
Perform data entry with speed and precision (minimum 50+ WPM required).
Follow up with sources as needed to ensure timely verifications.
Maintain professional communication and uphold confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality service.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Strong communication skills - Ability to make professional phone calls and ask the right questions.
✅ Fast and accurate typing - Must be able to type 50+ words per minute with precision.
✅ Professional and reliable - Integrity, trustworthiness, and a positive attitude are essential.
✅ Tech-savvy - Comfortable using computers, navigating software, and managing data entry.
✅ Team player - Willing to collaborate and support a fast-growing environment.
✅ Background check clearance - Required for this role.

Bonus Points for Experience In:
✔ Call center or outbound verification experience
✔ Legal or court research background
✔ Data entry or administrative support in a high-pressure setting
✔ Knowledge of FCRA and employment screening regulations

Schedule & Work Environment:
Standard office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Remote work available after training (approximately 2 weeks in office required).
Evening shifts may become available—please mention in your application if preferred.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities:
$15 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
